Caroline has eight years’ experience of communications and consultancy, most recently in KPMG across the Enterprise and Public Sector space looking at organisational design, growth, implementing change and strategic communications. She was also a part of a corporate roll out that implemented leadership programmes, start-up mentoring and community building across the early stage career journey.

As our Research & Advisory Manager, the ability to use data to influence organisational change is what excites Caroline, as well as the opportunity to manage diverse projects in companies of all shapes and sizes.

When not at work, Caroline is interested in helping grassroots organisations become more commercial in their operations and impact – from designing strategy, organising fundraisers to making website add-ons – it’s often pretty varied and bizarre!

Strange but true…

Caroline is currently in a very DIY phase of making dining room tables, chairs, benches, granola and the tastiest sourdough bread (currently back to the development phase as it is currently very far from perfect). She’s also part of the world’s shoutiest Book Club.
