Sarah has over sixteen years’ experience in early careers recruitment and development across five industries for the likes of Allen & Overy, Barclays, BP and PwC. She has a broad range of experience covering all aspects of early careers recruitment and development such as diversity, social mobility, apprenticeship levy developments and higher education policy. Sarah was Vice Chair and Board Member of the Institute of Student Employers (ISE) from 2013-2017 and has a deep knowledge of trends, policy and challenges faced by ISE members spanning both higher education and early careers.

Having led large teams and also having worked globally as well as in the UK with senior stakeholders within HR, the business and at Board level, Sarah understands both the strategic drivers and the operational realities underpinning high volume recruitment.

Sarah’s focus is to support our clients in creating innovative and award-winning talent programmes in an increasingly competitive market for talent. During her time at Allen & Overy, Sarah led the team to a unprecedented four awards in 2017 at the Targetjobs Graduate Recruitment awards winning Employer of choice in Law, Best innovation in student recruitment, Best work experience programme and Graduate Employer of the year.

As Talent Strategy Director, Sarah is responsible for bringing a strategic view to how talent should be thought of in an ever changing world of work. She works with clients at a deeper level and often sits across all clients and projects.

Outside of work, Sarah is a fitness and travel junkie when not climbing mountains, spinning, running or boxing, she is often found jumping on a plane somewhere for the weekend.

Sarah is a distant descendant of Anne Boleyn and harbours a geeky love of all things Henry VIII.
