Context
Barclays Wealth has one of the most established Graduate Programme's in the Private Banking industry. Their commitment to recruiting the best has extended to the Internship stage, where their first Internship Programme was launched Summer 2007. The programme hosts Interns from all over the world. Barclays Wealth wish to ensure the Internship remains the best in the business, and wanted access to candid views to consider for the 2008 programme.

Smarty Train Assistance
After working together with Barclays Wealth to define their insight objectives, The Smarty Train defined, implemented and moderated a Focus Group Programme to cover the 2007 Internship
