Holly is a Business Psychologist who has a real passion for learning and development, and, more importantly, ways to make it fun and engaging so that it really sticks. After completing her MSc in Occupational Psychology in 2010 and working in a variety of management roles and recruitment, she joined the world’s leading occupational psychology consultancy, SHL, in 2013, initially as an Account Manager before moving into a demanding role as a Consultant. Her experience and knowledge spans great breadth and depth across industries and sectors on a global scale, and across the whole talent management cycle from graduate and early careers recruitment to senior leadership development.

Holly has co-authored an occupational psychology revision guide for undergraduates and has also won an award for the best presentation at the prestigious British Psychological Society’s annual Division of Occupational Psychology Conference for her MSc independent study on personality.

Holly gains great enjoyment from exercising her true inner geek by basing her work on robust, evidence-based concepts whilst combining this with creative flair to make the experience truly memorable. It is this perfect pairing (like any great cheese and fine wine combo) that enables Holly to oversee the delivery of our work to ensure that it fulfils our clients' needs - with a good dose of fun thrown in!

Strange but true…

When not indulging in her geeky side (including a love for dinosaurs and Harry Potter), Holly enjoys nothing more than scaring her mother with her adrenaline junky activities such as sky diving, mountain climbing and bungee jumping. She counter-balances this with the occasional yoga retreat to bring her back to a place of calm and serenity (Namaste).
