Sam has conducted most of his work outside of the UK providing sports officiating with Hawk-Eye. Sam travelled across the cricketing nations including the West Indies, India and South Africa, leading operational teams, training new employees, working on R&D and taking in the local culture (mainly seeking out the best cuisine). After several years of cricket operations, Sam moved to Melbourne to manage Hawk-Eye's operations in Australasia for international and local sports, becoming an AFL and NRL fan along the way.

Sam re-joined Hawk-Eye's UK office as Director of Tennis, with responsibility for Hawk-Eye's tennis operations, growth and people. During this time, Sam gained significant experience in recruitment and talent development, and the impact they have on business development.

Strange but true…

Sam captained Great Britain to a bronze medal at the 2010 World Junior Ultimate Frisbee Championships!
