Tracey

Tracey is delighted to be the culture lead for TST as Senior Talent Manager. Always on the lookout for talent, Tracey promotes our organisational values, which she wholeheartedly embraces. Tracey brings a combination of HR and Talent Management experience along with an inherent passion for L&D.

After studying Modern European Studies at university and a year backpacking, Tracey developed her passion for HR at the BBC as Drama Talent Manager for 7 years, supporting some of the best-loved, award-winning shows including EastEnders, Holby City, Silent Witness, and the epic Luther series.

With Associate CIPD membership, Tracey has worked across a range of industries in HR roles with health and wellbeing being front of mind. She also believes first-class onboarding is crucial to retaining talent and bringing the best out of people. The Smarty Train onboarding has been her favourite onboarding ever!

During Lockdown, Tracey studied Mental Health Awareness and started her Life-Coaching diploma, in addition to Joe Wicks every day and Lego building with her 6 year-old son.
