ATTRACTION CAMPAIGN

CHALLENGE
EY wanted an event that provided students with clear takeaways and benefits whilst showcasing what services EY offered and the different skills needed within each service line. We used gamification to make EY stand out on campus.

SOLUTION
We designed ‘EY Live’: four 10-minute long training sessions that introduced students to some of the skills they would need in order to succeed at EY. The event provided students with an engaging and ‘safe’ environment to learn more about EY and the services they offer.

RESULT
EY Live distinguished EY from other employers on 18 campuses across the UK to over 10,000 students.
