CHALLENGE
Barclays wanted to innovate the way they recruit into their Future Leaders Development Programme (FLDP) through an attention-grabbing and brand new concept.

SOLUTION
We centred a 24-hour event around the aspirational theme of ‘banking of the future’ in order for the millennial audience to be able to ‘see themselves’ in the bank, in the year 2025. To deliver this, we fully integrated with the Barclays’ marketing agency and existing campus campaigns, as well as co-writing content with senior members of the bank.

RESULT
The event delivered an overall event experience of 9.6 out of 10, but crucially, it created a game-changing leadership experience which specifically encouraged participants to apply to the FLDP.
