EY’s top 150 talent leaders were meeting in Miami to imagine the future of work. Rather than ‘tell’ people about the future, we helped nthem ‘see’ it.

Guided by a Digital Computer Personality, we used gamification and concepts from behavioural science to bring topics such as artificial intelligence, digital change, and generational change to life. Each session instigated action, making complex ideas simple with clear, tangible takeaways for senior attendees. This included the design of a cinema and a game show.

Identified by EY’s Global Talent Managing Partner as a standout for the event, the session has gone on to inspire a new way of learning, including supporting future activities at EY in Amsterdam.
