GLOBAL GRADUATES

CHALLENGE
HSBC’s Retail Banking and Wealth Management (RBWM) induct approximately 150 graduates from across the globe into their Global Graduate Induction. The aim of the induction was to inspire, excite and develop their new joiners.

SOLUTION
We designed and delivered a high-impact and immersive two-day induction to give graduates a real understanding of the business and their role within it. Using a range of styles including gamification, experiential learning and digital delivery, 98% left feeling genuinely excited about their career with the bank.

RESULT
The overall feedback rating from graduates was 9.5 out of 10 after the event. Both The Smarty Train and HSBC won awards for this work at the Association of Graduate Recruiters (AGR) Development Awards 2017.
