DEVELOPMENT VALUE PROPOSITION

CHALLENGE
We worked with Isban (now Santander Technology) to design the non-technical elements of their new two-year, rotational graduate programme.

SOLUTION
We first defined the needs and aims of the programme. We then designed the end-to-end programme alongside their technical training provider, including pre-joining engagement, a month-long induction programme, business skills training across the two-year programme, midpoint and graduation events, as well as additional support in the form of measuring success and assisting with managing rotations.

RESULT
We are now in our second year of the programme, which has been hugely successful with both the business and Graduates. In 2018 the programme got nominated for an industry award.
