CHALLENGE
Vodafone decided to create a more considered approach to their Early Talent strategy – from apprenticeships to graduates.

SOLUTION
We undertook quantitative and qualitative research to gather the views of current Early Talent as well as business stakeholders. We drew conclusions on Vodafone’s employer brand perceptions on campus, on who their graduate pool consisted of and evaluated their graduate attraction, assessment and welcoming journey.

RESULT
The review provided clear recommendations for Vodafone to implement to obtain quick and impactful results within their Early Talent strategy. The clear, impactful infographic was shared with business stakeholders to obtain their buy-in.
