CHALLENGE
Siemens needed a Graduate Unique Selling Proposition (USP) to inform their September Campus Plan, ensuring that this localised UK USP aligned with the global Employee Value Proposition (EVP).

SOLUTION
We conducted in-depth analysis with Graduates, the UK Talent Acquisition Team, Careers Advisors, Line Managers from the Business and Offer Decliners. A summary report and one-page illustration provided insight into why graduates should join Siemens ahead of competitors.

RESULT
By defining the Graduate USP, Siemens were able to design their September Campus Plan. It also meant that future recruitment approaches, collateral and business engagement would be guided and built from a commonly-agreed set of attributes.
