Tesco wanted to demonstrate the effort and successes involved with their Early Careers recruitment and development approach. They wanted to showcase their work to the wider business, providing context and increasing buy-in for Early Careers initiatives.

We determined that an infographic-style dashboard would be the most effective way to engage the business, using data to tell the story in an engaging and evidence-based way. We determined what key messages Tesco wanted to deliver to the business and identified the data needed to effectively communicate these messages.

As a result, Tesco were able to share a concise, impactful dashboard that demonstrated how a small team effectively and consistently recruits over 900 Early Careers employees to the business and enables them to succeed through the development that they receive.
