CHALLENGE
In a competitive market for recruiting entry-level technologists, we worked with Vodafone to redefine their Employment Value Proposition (EVP).

SOLUTION
We analysed data to identify and construct key aspects of Vodafone’s EVP, before testing these with Graduates and Managers. We defined Vodafone’s offer, its programme values and the proposition’s tone of voice.

RESULT
With the findings, Vodafone relaunched its Early Talent Proposition. The work conducted for the UK market fed into the Global Brand Team to inform Vodafone’s Global Strategy.
