Webinar & Roundtable:

Navigating Uncertainty:
Using a Downturn to Make Your Upturn in Early Careers

NOVEMBER 10TH 2022
THURSDAY
2pm - 4pm GMT
9am - 11am EST
ZOOM SPACES LIMITED

During the last recession, 9% of companies actually thrived—outperforming competitors in their industry by at least 10% in terms of sales and profit growth.

With stormy seas ahead—a recession currently looming, the cost-of-living crisis deepening, and the pandemic continuing to impact productivity—there’s never been a more critical time to draw lessons from the 9%. What was the secret to their resilience?

They did two things. They made operations more efficient, and they invested in their biggest asset: their people. How can you optimise operations and investment to develop an Early Careers function that withstands the waves of any downturn?

Are you a leader in the space of Early Careers, whether in recruitment or learning and development? Do you know someone who is? Join us for our virtual Navigating Uncertainty Webinar and Roundtable, where we’ll be joined by labour economist Professor Sir David Metcalf CBE and the Institute of Student Employers (ISE) to discuss:

  • What happens in Labour Markets during downturns
  • How Early Careers could use this time to be higher performing
  • A framework to help optimise your Early Careers function
Sign-ups for this event are now closed.

Need direction navigating the world of Early Careers? Our newly-launched Early Careers Optimiser can help.
