Business Development Executive
We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our Business Development Team!

What would you do in this key role?
Here is just a snapshot:
- Conduct outreach and convert into meetings by following up directly with prospects, either by email, phone or social media within TST’s agreed commercial timeframes
- Be the first point of contact for inbound client queries, qualifying potential leads to hand over to the Commercial Team
- Create rigorous, accurate client briefs that can be converted into proposals with support from Commercial and Solutions Team members
- Work effectively with the Head of Business Development, Head of Client Experience and Head of Operations in managing the supply and demand in the business whilst hitting commercial targets
- Prepare and facilitate the writing of high-quality, market-leading proposals, including RFP responses
Experience we’re after:
- 2+ years commercial experience, ideally in an agency, consulting or professional services environment (Business development and marketing)
- Proactive client outreach
- Navigating the sales process, proposal writing, and securing meetings
- Interest & experience in the Talent/learning & development space, especially Early Careers
