Delivery Coordinator (Internship)

What would you do in this key role?
Here is just a snapshot:

• Supports on delivery projects
• Supports in virtual and on-site delivery, maintaining a professional demeanour in front of clients
• Actively engages in client conversations to find opportunities to add value and build client management skills
• Develops an understanding of TST end-to-end processes for projects, actively uses internal resources to get to know TST
• Proactively attends delivery project scrums and meetings
• Creates supporting material such as slides and speaker notes to a high standard and with attention to detail
• Sources, suggests and prepares materials to support in project delivery

Experience we’re after:

• Experience supporting training or events either virtually or face-to-face (ideally both)
• Knowledge of and passionate about The Smarty Train, who we are and what we do
• Experience within the Talent/learning & development space
