Angélica is a Data and Insights Analyst for TST’s Early Careers Diagnostic. She is responsible for the management, analysis, and communication of data to create optimal learning experiences for early-career people with our clients. A self-labelled data geek, she loves the opportunity to analyse and interpret findings. Angélica has spent the last two years conducting research on eating behaviour and creating workshops for early-career researchers in academia to help create a community for support. She is bringing that passion for early careers and experience in data analysis to her role at TST.
Angélica was born in the USA, but has also lived in Switzerland and Wales. She is proud of her Costa Rican and Italian heritage. She most recently graduated with a BSc in Psychology from Cardiff University before joining TST.
Angélica’s greatest achievement in her early career has been the publication of her first academic paper in a peer-reviewed journal. She wrote this paper from a project where she analysed and presented data from a study investigating the impact low-calorie sweeteners may have on calorie intake.
