Cole

As a Design Analyst, Cole draws on their experience from their master’s degree in social psychology to help make exceptional experiences for everyone involved. They use a mix of analytical skills and creative thinking to help create learning experiences for people at any stage of their careers.

Before joining TST, Cole worked as the Administrative support at a local music school. Their role involved creating memorable experiences in the form of the biannual online concerts. Cole also previously worked as part of a startup team working to create a portfolio-based platform to help people find jobs that feed their soul and match them with a work culture they want to be involved in.
