Diana joins TST with 14 years of experience helping organisations create value, drive change, develop future-proof leaders and communicate strategically with stakeholders within multicultural environments.
After obtaining a degree in Communication and an MSc in Marketing, Diana co-founded a communications & PR boutique and a startup recognised by Forbes Magazine as 1 of the Top 30 Most Promising Companies of LATAM. These organisations employed over 50 people and ran successful international projects in emerging markets.
Diana’s curious nature, motivation for learning, and desire for exploring other cultures inspired her to take a year off to travel the world and start a new life in Paris. There, she obtained an MBA in her third language, while eating croissants and enjoying the views of the Eiffel tower. In addition, she discovered a new passion for creating immersive experiential learning initiatives to support talent development and organisational change. Over the last decade, Diana has designed and delivered effective business strategies and corporate training for Fortune 500 companies, startups, non-profit organisations, and the public sector.
In addition, Diana devotes time to charity projects across LATAM, the US, and Europe. She’s currently a board member of a not-for-profit organisation supporting gender parity and the advancement of women in the healthcare industry.
