Natika has a 20 year background in Admin/Office Support, working for companies such as BSKYB, FedEx and G4S.
Most recently, she worked for a Decorative Metal Works, assisting the Workshop Manager and a small team, to deliver some fantastic installations for Goldsmiths Hall, Harrods and The Dubai Mall; to name a few.
After a two year career break to raise her daughter, Natika is excited to join The Smarty Train and use her expertise and social skills to develop the Office Manager role.
As Office Manager, Natika plays a crucial role in navigating TST through the as yet uncharted waters of hybrid working.
To pass time in Lockdown, Natika restarted her mission to learn French, completed The Circle of Security Parenting Course and passed a Level 2 Understanding Children & Young Peoples Mental Health Course.
