TST partnered with AngloAmerican's people leadership team across the integration lifecycle of a new acquisition, providing diverse forms of people support such as communications plans, media creation, leadership support, development tools and experiences, as well as advisory on the evolving employer brand.
While the initial objective was to facilitate an informed and motivated workforce through the integration, this engagement transformed into a longstanding relationship where TST became a "one-stop-shop" for a range of AngloAmerican's people needs.
