By consulting with Clifford Chance stakeholders and gathering over 11,000+ data points, we designed a multi-faceted three-day induction event, opening with panel talks from senior Clifford Chance speakers to offer strategic business insights and show trainees where they fit into the bigger company picture.
100% of inductees felt welcomed by the new induction experience, and 100% felt the induction met/exceeded their expectations.
