Strategy Launch


Ernst and Young sought to bring together their top 150 talent leaders for a global strategy launch in Madrid. Participants were accountable for the development of 180,000+ people, and had to leave as transformative leaders capable of meeting the firm’s ambitions. The new strategy had to stick.

TST helped Ernst and Young articulate its four talent priorities as simple, sticky messages by designing creative, immersive experiences around each of them. The rotational "4 Pillars Experience" made the strategy something that leaders discovered rather than received, and used behavioural science to make it stick.


Participants found themselves in new worlds, the venue transformed using custom-built sets, audio and costumes: a racetrack, jungle, candy store, and gameshow. The fully-gamified experience ended with a live leaderboard reveal.
