As part of their new induction redesign, M&S sought to invest in their new graduates by creating dedicated time to explore and develop key mindsets that would set them up for success on the Programme.
The Smarty Train (TST) were asked to design sessions to accelerate the induction experience for a select group of graduates and train the Early Careers Team to deliver these high-impact sessions for future cohorts, preparing their Early Talent to become not only future retail leaders, but also digital change agents within the organisation.
