UBS engaged TST to design and deliver three experiential and inspiring skills labs for their Female Key Talent programme, aiming to fast track the careers of 100 global UBS employees by changing, broadening or deepening their scope of work. The audience covered three different ranks of Managing Director, Director and Executive Director.

At the event in Zurich, Switzerland, we created three skills lab exploring Courage, Empowerment, and Self-awareness with a tagline of “Leadership is…”. Each lab was built around a four-part structure (Identify, Experience, Apply, Personalise) that enabled deep learning, leadership theory, and plentiful opportunity for participants to apply their learning to their roles.
Each skills lab provided a unique, immersive experience, and drew on different learning techniques. 92% of participants strongly agreed that they increased their awareness of leaderships styles & the impact they have on others.
