Alter Domus had three new locations across EMEA that were growing rapidly. It was imperative for these 3 locations to quickly onboard new hires. However, the existing onboarding process was lengthy, ineffective, and not sustainable for their levels of growth.
Alter Domus approached The Smarty Train for support in designing an accelerated onboarding programme for their new joiners, as well as a learning design crash course that would equip their people with the necessary tools to better onboard their new joiners internally, thereby sustainably boosting speed-to-value for their inductees.
