Design Executive

What would you do in this key role?
Here is just a snapshot:

• Use behavioural science and creativity to design high‑impact learning experiences – virtual and in‑person – with support from the Design Team
• Develop detailed session designs, including learning content and production requirements, in collaboration with the Design and Delivery Team
• Create learning collateral – physical, digital and e-learning materials – with support from the Creative Team
• Adapt writing styles to meet different audiences ranging from Early Talent through to leadership
• Maintain knowledge of TST’s unique methodology and apply it to different client contexts
• Present learning solutions clearly and confidently to internal teams and clients
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across the organisation to deliver high‑quality outcomes
• Live and demonstrate TST’s Values in day‑to‑day work
