We are looking for a meticulous, process driven Project Manager to join our growing team at The Smarty Train. What would you do in this key role?
Here is just a snapshot:
- Own the day-to-day delivery of TST projects from inception to completion
- Ensure TST processes, governance and communication channels are followed effectively
- Coordinate cross-functional project teams with clear roles, responsibilities and expectations
- Manage internal and client stakeholders to ensure timelines, dependencies and expectations remain on track
- Maintain clear, precise and timely communication with all stakeholders to keep the project moving
- Drive a seamless client experience through structured communication and proactive anticipation of needs
- Identify risks early, maintain risk and assumptions logs, and escalate or mitigate appropriately
- Monitor budgets, forecasts and cost control with strong margin awareness
- Maintain impeccable information flow across teams and clients, sharing updates, decisions and changes clearly
- Ensure the quality standards of both the client and TST are met
- Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs
This might be the role for you if you have:
- 3+ years in a similar Project Management role
- Knowledge of, and enthusiasm for the talent and development space
- Experience managing multiple complex projects from inception to completion
- Previous client-facing roles
- Experience working with budgets, financial tracking and forecasting
- Used to working in fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments
- Experience using project and resource management tools
- Experience leading or evolving multi-year client programmes (ideal but not essential)
