Project Manager

What would you do in this key role?
Here is just a snapshot:

• Own the day-to-day delivery of TST projects from inception to completion
• Ensure TST processes, governance and communication channels are followed effectively
• Coordinate cross-functional project teams with clear roles, responsibilities and expectations
• Manage internal and client stakeholders to ensure timelines, dependencies and expectations remain on track
• Maintain clear, precise and timely communication with all stakeholders to keep the project moving
• Drive a seamless client experience through structured communication and proactive anticipation of needs
• Identify risks early, maintain risk and assumptions logs, and escalate or mitigate appropriately
• Monitor budgets, forecasts and cost control with strong margin awareness
• Maintain impeccable information flow across teams and clients, sharing updates, decisions and changes clearly
• Ensure the quality standards of both the client and TST are met
• Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs

This might be the role for you if you have:

• 3+ years in a similar Project Management role
• Knowledge of, and enthusiasm for the talent and development space
• Experience managing multiple complex projects from inception to completion
• Previous client-facing roles
• Experience working with budgets, financial tracking and forecasting
• Used to working in fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments
• Experience using project and resource management tools
• Experience leading or evolving multi-year client programmes (ideal but not essential)
