Qualitative Researcher

We’re looking for Qualitative Researchers to join us on a freelance basis

Can you synthesise key themes and findings from research? This might be the role for you!

What would you do in this key role?
Here is just a snapshot:

Run research interviews with Senior Business and/or HR stakeholders
Work with the TST team to refine and modify research scripts to better optimise
Synthesise key themes and findings from research interviews, including writing clear and concise summaries
Embody gravitas and style when engaging with senior stakeholders
Have a continuous improvement mindset
Experience of Early Careers would be beneficial

Location: Hybrid, UK timezone preferred but US considered

Contract duration: Flexible

Employment type: Freelance
