Colin joins The Smarty Train with over 20 years’ experience in Talent Strategy and Talent Management consulting, having worked with clients across a wide variety of sectors including Financial Services, Pharma, FMCG, Technology and Professional Services.  He supports organisations through their most critical people-related challenges, helping to deliver tangible outcomes at all levels from Early Careers to Senior Leadership and Executive.

He is responsible for TST’s commercial growth, collaborating across our Client Development, Marketing, Commercial Operations and Solutions teams, whilst leading key client relationships; he is passionate about enabling people to realise their potential.

Outside of work, when not moonlighting as an unpaid taxi driver for his two teenage daughters, Colin loves playing football and golf, travelling with his family, and going to gigs – as long as it’s a 90’s band!
