This inner compass has navigated him through a multi-faceted career journey involving acting, hospitality, recruitment and learning and development until he found the world of early careers and immediately fell in love with this dynamic sector.

For over ten years, James had the privilege of leading incredible global early careers teams for renowned organisations such as EY, Clyde & Co and WTW. Fuelled by purpose, he and his teams delivered numerous award-winning innovative solutions involving the latest technologies and methodologies. He is proud to have improved the experiences of thousands of candidates, new joiners and stakeholders.

James is a natural communicator and leader. He loves to innovate, believes in continuous improvement and has an innate service-oriented capability, which means he is drawn to helping clients make impact. His work as a practitioner has led to market leading results and he is passionate about working with early careers leaders, their teams and stakeholders to achieve unique solutions that deliver superior outcomes for their business.

In his personal life, you will find him enjoying travel with his family, listening to 80s rock while cooking a BBQ, and treading the boards – keeping his inner greatest showman alive!
