Jess

In her role as Senior Design Manager, Jess combines her passions for human-centred design, effective collaboration and life-long learning. She designs experiences that resonate over time.

Before joining TST, Jess worked both within a large, global company to design and facilitate in-house learning interventions, and within a small agency to design digital learning experiences for clients. But her varied experiences don’t end there – she is also a trained secondary school teacher who taught Chemistry, Psychology and the finer points of Dungeons and Dragons to her students. These varied experiences enable her to provide deeper, more innovative insights to clients.

Jess holds a degree in Neuroscience and a masters in Psychology, and is a member of the British Psychological Society. Outside of work, she collects hobbies, but can most commonly be found swinging from a trapeze at circus school or crocheting a new blanket for a friend.
