The Bank of England (BoE) had a vision for a new Assessment Centre that would excite candidates about joining BoE, better reflect their employer brand, and align with a new-look campus recruitment campaign.
The Bank of England (BoE) had a vision for a new Assessment Centre that would excite candidates about joining BoE, better reflect their employer brand, and align with a new-look campus recruitment campaign.
We designed a bespoke assessment day comprising of two assessment modules, an immersive assessment game, individual interviews and an interactive ‘Brain Break’. The assessment day tested candidates on their understanding of the role of BoE in the economy, on five core competencies and encouraged and inspired intellectual curiosity.
The Bank of England has been running this Assessment Centre for over four years, and the new design has helped the Onboarding Team to materially expedite the offer-making process.
