Challenge
Recognising that their peoples’ expectations around careers were changing and that traditional linear career paths were no longer universally appealing, this organisation sought to launch a pioneering new Career Framework that would provide more flexibility and variable pace of progression based on their peoples’ personal needs and career goals.
The team approached TST to assist them in creating a launch campaign for the Framework and develop a toolkit of assets to explain what the Framework was and how to use it. The assets needed to equip its users with tools to design their own unique career journeys and provide clarity on potential career paths for each role type within the team.
